Hydrovac Labourers – Full Time Positions

McRae’s is looking for a Full-time Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a committed, safety conscious team, who goes the extra mile for their customers. You will be responsible for assisting the Operator with completing the tasks on each job and safe operation of the unit.
Training on the machinery will be provided to ensure you are comfortable and competent in operating the equipment and your role.

Skills & Abilities:
- Good customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Must supply own transportation to/from work
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Physical labour is required; should be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Completing daily tasks associated with the job
- Good communication skills and ability to complete paperwork
- Previous experience working in the industry is an asset
- Must be flexible and able to work 8-10 hour shifts – some evening and weekend shifts may be required (Paid OT as per employment standards)

*Wages are competitive (salary range of $20-$29 per hour depending on experience) and full time employees receive medical & dental benefits after 3 months.
